  • When assembling components, place on a non-abrasive surface (i.e., shipping box) to avoid scratching
  • We recommend 2 people for a smoother assembly
  • You should not need to use excessive force when assembling components

Step 1

ZP19008 Step 1 — Assemble Frame

  • Assemble on box or other smooth surface
  • Gather (1) Top and Bottom Rail (C), and (1) Middle Rail (D)

Note: Middle Rail (D) has pre-routed holes on top and bottom

Step 2

ZP19008 Step 2 — Position Middle Rail

  • Slide Top and Bottom Rail (C) along Posts (A) towards top tabs
  • Slide Middle Rail (D) towards pre-drillled holes in middle of Posts (A)
  • Make sure that all pre-drilled holes on rails and posts are aligned

Step 3

ZP19008 Step 3 — Secure Frame

  • Secure frame using (4) ¾" Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screws (J)
  • Flip panel and repeat on other side

Step 4

ZP19008 Step 4 — Install Second Rail

  • Insert 14 Pickets (B) into Middle Rail (D) and Top and Bottom Rail (C)

Step 5

ZP19008 Step 5 — Insert Pickets

  • Slide second Top and Bottom Rail (C) over posts at bottom of frame

Step 6

ZP19008 Step 6 — Secure Top

  • Insert (2) Post Anchors (E) over bottom of posts
  • Make sure pre-drilled holes on anchors and posts align

Step 7

ZP19008 Step 7 — Install Screws

  • Install (2) ¾" Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screws (J) through aligned holes

Step 8

ZP19008 Step 8 — Install Post Anchors

  • Secure Top and Bottom Rail (C) to posts using (2) ¾" Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screws (J)
  • (Optional): Use ⅛" Steel Drill Bit (H) to pre-drill through the post anchor
  • Flip panel and repeat on other side using (2) ¾" Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screws (J)

Step 9

ZP19008 Step 9 — Install Rail Caps

  • Install 3 Rail Caps (G) on rails

Step 10

ZP19008 Step 10 — Build Second Panel

  • Repeat the steps to build second panel using remaining parts

ZP19008 Step 10.1 — Attempt to push into the ground

  • Attempt to push the unit into the ground; bottom rail should be 4" above ground
  • Watch this video to see a demonstration

ZP19008 Step 10.2 — Tap posts using scrap wood block for protection

  • Tap posts using scrap wood block for protection
  • Check straightness with level

If Ground is Too Hard:

ZP19008 Step 10.3 — Loosen ground and soak with water

  • Option 1: Loosen ground and soak with water

  • Option 2: Use 1.5" Tulip Auger Drill Attachment

Step 11

ZP19008 Step 11 — Connect Panels

  • Connect the two panels using (2) Joiner Clips (I) and (4) ¾" Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screws (J)

Step 12

ZP19008 Step 12 — Install Post Caps

  • Install 4 Post Caps (F) on top of all posts
