It’s normal to have a few hardware pieces left over after assembly. We include extras for your convenience.

Step 1

Step 1 find posts 1 and 6 and assemble on a soft surface

Step 2

Step 2 Ensure hole in board A is facing down.

  • Ensure that the hole on Top Board (A-BRD111) is facing down. Follow with one Plastic Spacer (R) on each side.

Step 3

Step 3 insert slats (A) into posts (B) using spacers (R)

Step 4

Step 4 screw boards and posts together using M screws

Step 5

Step 5 Stand posts

Step 6

Step 6 Place boards ensuring hole on board D is facing down,

  • Ensure that the hole on Middle Board (D) is facing down

Step 7

Step 7 Place middle board (D) into rails

  • Ensure that the hole on Middle Board (D) is flush with the bracket while screwing into place.

  • Ensure that the hole on Top Board (A) is facing down. Follow with one Plastic Spacer (R) on each side.

  • Start with P-1 and P-6

  • Ensure that the edge is flush to the top of the wood

  • Ensure that the Bottom Bridges (U) are sitting flush inside of your front post channels.

  • Ensure that Wood Board (B) is inserted first followed by a Plastic Spacer (R) on each side
  • Ensure that they are slid to the bottom of the channel

AZ18045 Step 29 Apply slight pressure when screwing, repeat

  • Alternate Wood Boards and Plastic Spacers, finishing with Gate Door Bottom Board (E)

  • Apply slight pressure

  • Ensure the four holes on Gate Door Bottom Board (D) are on the bottom inside Front Post (P-4)

  • Ensure your gate is flush with Front Bridge Board (C)
  • Use Gate Stopper (W) to help hold gate standing up
  • Place Wood Spacers (H) under your gate

  • Using the included Drill Bit (Z-2), use your hinge as a template to place your six holes on the side of your gate.

  • Ensure your gate's flush with the top of your unit by lowering or raising the Caster Wheel (S) by using Wrench (Z-1)

Adjusting Castor Wheel Height

  • If the wheel is not contacting the ground, use one hand to hold the bottom portion of the caster while rotating the wrench until the wheel firmly contacts the ground

  • Warning: Handle carefully so as not to pinch fingers

AZ18045 open gates, apply magnets with tape

AZ18045 Close gates and apply pressure

AZ18045 Let sit for 72 hours for max adhesion
