  • When assembling components, place on a non-abrasive surface (i.e. shipping box) to avoid scratching.
  • We recommend an area approximately 5’x 8’ for unobstructed assembling.
  • You should not need to use excessive force when assembling components.

EC18027 Packaging Detail

Step 1

Step 1 - Slide rail (D) into right post (B)

  • Assemble on box or smooth surface to prevent scratching.
  • Insert (1) Rail (D) into Right Post (B).

Step 2

Step 2 - Attach 1 board (E) into right post (B).

  • Attach (1) Board (E) into Right Post (B).

Step 3

Step 3 - Attach 3 boards (E) into right post (B).

  • Attach (3) Boards (E) into Right Post (B).

Step 4

Step 4 - Insert 1 rail (D) into right post (B) at the bottom

  • Insert (1) Rail (D) into Right Post (B) at the bottom.

Step 5

Step 5 - Attach left post (A) set post against wall

  • Use a wall as support for easier assembly.
  • Attach (1) Left Post (A).
  • Ensure pre-drilled holes align between posts A and B.

Step 6

Step 6 - Insert 8 screws (G) into pre-drilled holes on posts

  • Insert (8) ¾" Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screws (G) into pre-drilled holes on left and right posts (A and B).

Step 7

Step 7 - Slide post anchors (C) into bottoms of posts

  • Slide Post Anchors (C) into bottoms of left and right posts (A and B).

Step 8

Step 8 - Insert 4 screws (H) in post to secure post anchor C

  • Insert (4) 1½" Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screw (H) into posts to secure Post Anchors (C).

Step 9

Step 9 - Repeat Steps 1-8 to assemble the other panel.

  • Repeat Steps 1-8 to assemble the other panel.

Step 10

Step 10 - Push assembled unit into the ground.

  • Push assembled unit into the ground.
  • Panels can be rotated to hide screws.

Step 11

Step 11 - All 12" of post anchors must be fully inserted

  • All 12" of Post Anchors (C) must be fully inserted into ground and no longer visible.

Step 12

Step 12 - Hammer in posts with a wood block

  • Hammer evenly, switching posts every few taps. Make sure to use a wood block to protect the post tops when hitting them into the ground.

  • For hard ground: Soften soil claw side of a hammer with water, or use a cordless drill with a 1.5" diameter tulip auger.

For Harder Ground (optional step)

  • For harder ground: Dig a hole large enough to accommodate one post from each panel - Approximately 8" in diameter and 12" deep. Backfill and compact the dirt.

Step 13 - Connect panels with joiner clips (F) and screws (G

Step 13.A - 180 degree install

  • Use (2) Joiner Clips (F) and ¾" Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screw (G) to attach panels together.
  • Install depending on preferred orientation (90° or 180°).
